It's been two full years since school has been done,
But Mike thinks that law school would be so much fun.
So last week he finished his full-time employ
And now we are headed to Champaign, Illinois.
The three of us want to see you once more,
But there is no time to drop by your door.
Please join us on Tuesday at night for a treat
So that we can have one last time to meet.
Our house is a mess since we're trying to pack,
So no need to knock, just come out to the back!
We're so sad to leave our home and friends here.
Please know that we'll miss you. Our love is sincere.
Please don't lose touch if you can't come that night.
