Little Buddies

Eliza and Caleb are the best little buddies.

Caleb can't get enough of Eliza. She can make him laugh like no one else. She does it often without even trying. Just her presence makes Caleb bubble over. He has skipped over being tolerant of her rough love, and has moved on to loving her rough love. She lays on top of him or sits on his lap and he giggles non-stop (meanwhile I am telling her to get off of him and sometimes prying her off). She pushes him in the swing as hard as she can and he loves every second of it.

Eliza can't get enough of Caleb. The first thing Eliza wants to do when she wakes up is see Caleb. Once she sees him, she wants to wake him up and change his diaper. She helps him with everything. She chooses his clothes, gets his diaper stuff, and brings him toys. She likes to give him "five." When he cries, Eliza tries to help him by giving him a toy or telling me "mommy give Kayba more milk." She always worries that we are going to forget Caleb somewhere or not bring him with us when we leave.

The Diapered Duo

Eliza was reading The Friend magazine to Caleb one day. I thought it was sweet, so I took some pictures and video. Now whenever I want to take a picture of them, Eliza insists that they get on the couch and that she read to him from The Friend, so you'll see more pictures with this same pose below.
