When she was two, I said I'd do it when she was three. Then when she was three I figured I'd just wait until she was four.
Well, she was about six weeks shy of four when I cut her hair last night. Her first haircut ever. Besides the times I have cut and trimmed her bangs. Oh, and the time last summer when she cut her own bangs.
I had been toying with the idea for a while, but some very tangled and messy hair that morning was just what I needed to make the decision. Here's hoping those lovely curls aren't gone forever!
Before (with hair nice and wet, straight from the shower)
After (she really likes it, even though you can't tell from this expression)
I'm excited to figure out some short styles for her since braids and piggies and ponytails are out for a while.

SO CUTE! Miss those long curls, but WOW! You did a great job! So fun....
Very cute!
She looks DARLING! Great job!
She looks adorable! More grown up, if that's even possible for a toddler :) I love it!
Woh you did it! I'm so proud of you. :) And she looks adorable! It looks to me like the curls are still there at the bottom, but I could be mistaken.
Sooo cute! I love that length on little girls.
Super cute!! Great job!
Love it! I'm impressed with your courage. I am way too afraid to cut my girls' hair! Good for you! I love bobs on little girls!
I'm always trying to get my girls to do a cut that length--there's just something spicy and sassy that I love about it!
