Sunday Morning Mud Bath

About a month ago, we had quite a messy Sunday morning.  Our home teachers (friends from church) came over for a visit before church since we don't have church until 1:00.  While we were chatting with them, the kids let themselves outside to play.  Caleb had his suit pants on, but his white shirt hadn't made it onto his body quite yet.  We had been having lots of rain, which had accumulated in a planter outside the back door.

Well, there's no use trying to explain in words what ensued.  The pictures speak for themselves.

We had to hose them off (which they did not appreciate) before we could bring them inside for a bath and start the Sunday morning routine all over again.
